The Embassy Suites St. Louis – St. Charles features 6,000 square feet of flexible event space, easily accommodating groups of up to 300. All meeting rooms are available with the latest meeting technology, including high-speed Internet access, digital projectors, sound systems and more. The hotel includes two executive boardrooms for a more intimate meeting experience. These rooms also include dry erase boards and private bathrooms, and can be rented in conjunction with an adjacent suite.

To accommodate larger groups, the hotel is connected to the St. Charles Convention Center, providing an additional 154,000 square feet of event space. One of the Midwest’s premier convention centers, the facility houses 15 rooms, including two ballrooms, an exhibit hall and numerous breakout spaces.
